Cancellation Policy
Changed your mind? No problem — if it’s within 24 hours.
We completely understand that things happen. If you need to cancel your order, simply reach out to us within 24 hours of placing it — as long as it hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll take care of it right away.

Once we confirm your cancellation, your full refund will be on its way within 7 working days back to your original payment method.
Once your order has been dispatched, we’re unfortunately unable to process a cancellation — so please do double-check your delivery address and order details before confirming your purchase. A quick review goes a long way!
Refund Policy
We stand behind every product we send you.
Because our products are health and skincare formulations, we’re unable to accept returns once an order has been dispatched — this is to ensure the safety, hygiene and integrity of every product that reaches our customers. We hope you understand and appreciate why this matters.
That said, if something genuinely goes wrong on our end, we will absolutely make it right.
We’ll process a refund if:
- You received the wrong product
- Your product arrived damaged or broken
- Your product arrived past its expiry date
We’re unable to process a refund for:
- A change of mind after purchase
- Skin sensitivity or reactions (we always recommend a patch test and consulting your dermatologist before use)
- Products that have been partially used
- Products returned without their original packaging
- Delivery delays caused by an incorrect address at checkout
Something Went Wrong? Here's What to Do
We know how frustrating it can be to receive something unexpected. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please don’t worry — just reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll sort it out together.
Here’s all we need from you:
- Your order number
- A photo of the product you received
- A photo of the packaging
- A brief description of what happened

How Refunds Are Processed
Once we’ve reviewed and approved your claim, here’s what happens next:
- Prepaid orders — your refund will be returned to your original payment method within 7–10 working days
- COD orders — we’ll process your refund via bank transfer. Just share your bank account details when you reach out and we’ll take it from there
Exchanges
We don’t offer product exchanges at this time. However if you’ve received a wrong or damaged product and a replacement is available, we’ll be happy to send one out to you after verifying your claim.
Medical Professional Discount
Are you a dermatologist, physician or medical professional? We appreciate your trust in Ra-Vish Wellness. Customers who provide a valid GST or Drug Licence number are eligible for a 20% discount on their order, applied after our team verifies your details before dispatch.
Please note that in the event of a refund on a discounted order, the refund amount will reflect the discounted price paid.
